In the event of theft or damage to the motorcycle or propeller, the excess is 20% of the loss, but not less than \u20ac300. In the event of damage, the Renter will pay, in addition to the excess, a daily standstill fee of 50 euros for the time spent to restore the situation before the incident (including the handling of the insurance claim).<\/li>\n<li>Only the Hirer may drive the hired craft.
